We are pleased to welcome you to Karv Group’s Platform. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (“Platform” and “Services”). By accessing and using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Who We Are
Karv Group connects aspiring entrepreneurs with industry veterans and experienced professionals (“Enablers”) through our innovative platform. Our goal is to empower entrepreneurs by helping them leverage the expertise of experienced individuals who can provide guidance and mentorship to foster business growth and success. Karv Group serves as a facilitator between entrepreneurs (“Entrepreneurs”) and enablers to foster a robust ecosystem that supports business development.

Registration Process
To use our Services, you must register on our Platform. Registration is available to both Entrepreneurs, who are seeking guidance and mentorship for their startup ventures, and Enablers, who are professionals providing such mentorship. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal and business information. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, including your login details (username and password) to access the Platform. We reserve the right to verify, accept, or reject any registration application at our sole discretion.

Account Security
Upon successful registration, you will be given a unique login ID and password. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Karv Group immediately. We will take reasonable steps to block access to your account. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Platform Access
Our Platform can be accessed via electronic devices, such as computers, laptops, and smartphones, by logging in with your credentials. While we strive to ensure smooth access to the Platform, you acknowledge that certain technical issues, such as high internet traffic, server downtime, or limitations of internet connectivity, may occasionally disrupt your access to the Platform. Karv Group does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform, and we will not be held liable for any disruptions in service.

Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of Karv Group. This includes any materials available through the Platform, including business advice, articles, images, videos, software, and other content. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any content on the Platform without prior written consent from Karv Group. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

Use of Services
Karv Group provides a platform for Entrepreneurs to connect with Enablers. However, we make no guarantees or warranties about the quality, success, or results of any advice or services provided through the Platform. The decision to engage with an Enabler or to follow any advice received is solely at the discretion of the Entrepreneur. Karv Group serves as a mediator and does not take responsibility for the outcomes of the interactions between Entrepreneurs and Enablers.

Code of Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to follow a code of conduct that ensures a safe and respectful environment for all users. You are prohibited from:

1. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is harmful, defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
2. Impersonating another person or entity.
3. Sharing content that violates intellectual property rights or the privacy of others.
4. Distributing viruses or malicious software that may harm the Platform or other users’ devices.
5. Engaging in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of the Platform.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Modification of Terms
Karv Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes through email or a notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Limitation of Liability
Karv Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including any errors or omissions in content, or any loss of data or business. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis, and Karv Group makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

Force Majeure
Karv Group shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or other unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as possible.

Termination
Karv Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform and its Services. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by discontinuing your use of the Services.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that arise under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Please note that Karv Group is not a stock exchange, and the services offered on our Platform are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The information provided on the Platform is not intended as investment advice and should not be construed as such. We do not engage in any activities related to securities trading or investment in regulated markets.

Changes to Services
Karv Group reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at its discretion. We may, from time to time, introduce new features or remove existing ones. Any such changes will be communicated to users through email or notifications on the Platform.

We value feedback from our users. By submitting any feedback or suggestions, you grant Karv Group the right to use and implement such ideas, without any obligation to compensate you for them.
